  • born full-term (3175 g)- nl pregnancy
  • grown consistently along the 75^th percentile for height

  (40^th percentile for mid-parental sex adjusted target height)

• • plotted in the 50^th-75^th percentile for BW
  • recently increased growth velocity (3.2 cm / 4 months)
  • plotted in the 75^th-90^th percentile (past 4 months)
• Drug history: neg.
• FHx:
  • mother: menarche age - 12 6⁄12 yr
  • father
    •  growth spurt at 15 yr
    •  treated for severe acne at age 16 yr
    •  frontal balding at 30 yr
  • 12-yr-old sister just reached menarche, 9-yr-old brother is             pre-pubertal
• Height and weight on the 90^th percentile, (BMI on 83^rd percentile)
• BP: 106/70 mmHg
• Breast (Tanner I)
• Pubic hair (Tanner II)
• Clitoris 0.5 ´ 0.3 cm
• Ext genitalia: nl female
• No axillary hair, but have adult-like apocrine odor
• No areas of skin hyper- or hypopigmentation
• Neurological exam: normal
